I work with founders and leaders to conduct a needs assessment, ideate, design, and create impact measurement tools for programs in your organization toward:

  • Digital skills development.

Group training

I work with groups of 5 - 30 to build skills in:

  • Using research to build impactful innovations.

  • Research for postgraduate-level studies in tech.

  • Building impactful training and mentorship initiatives.

  • Scholarship and grant writing skills. 

 Individual/small group

I support individuals and a small group of up to 3 people to build skills in:

  • Object-oriented, data structures, and SQL programming (Java language only).

  • Review of scholarship essays and grant applications.

  • Review of portfolio for professionals and students in tech.

Speaker

I deliver well-researched and prepared talks on the general topics of:

  • Education for tech skills.

  • Mentorship in tech.

  • Women in tech.

  • Research for tech.
